the manifold is leaking and its not passing the readiness tests, evap and cat.

LOL - Seriously PB Blaster the studs to get the nuts off, get a fat gasket from Summit Racing or some such, get NEW nuts and torque them down. Much easier than headers.

Unless you doing a specialty build in a non-smog check state the headers likely won't pass the visual equipment check.

As funny as a lot of you think the OPs post is, he/she IS posting in the General Forum, which allows for any topic. He/She probably knows that there many gearheads here that work on their own vehicles and looking for some knowledge. Sure, it seems odd to post on a Camaro forum with a a Ford question, but maybe people are more smart here than the Ford crowd? :)
