Have you guys considered allowing customers to send in their covers for paint?

My only big concern before I would purchase is that you guys are spelling "Camaro" as "Camero".

Since these have been out for awhile, I wonder how they are holding up to the heat. I have been wanting to do this for awhile and that is my main concern.

Shhhhhh. They are paying sponsors. They can spam every section and spell however they want :laugh:

I took advantage of their Black Friday sale back in November. The quality is awesome. They even sent new bolts with the lid.

My only complaint is when you torque the bolts down some paint may chip off around the bolt head. I contacted them about this and they quickly sent me a bottle of touch-up paint.

As far as how well the paint will hold up, they've been painting lids for the Z06 for quite some time. I've not heard or read any complaints from the Corvette guys about issues with RPI painted lids.

We do not normally paint any used parts due to oil contamination. If there is any oil, grease, tire shine, etc it will cause all kinds of problems.
We have painted customer parts on occasion because the parts are no longer available from GM. Also if we paint a brand new part we will warranty the paint job. On used parts, they are usually sold as is.
