Installation & setup of #Banks iDash #gauges into a ZZPerformance dual gauge pillar pod into a Camaro #ZL1! The gauges I went with was a combination of the Banks DataMonster & their Super Gauge.

Thank you! Yes.. I agree! Can never have enough gauges! Haha. I really love the ZZPerformance dual gauge pillar pod as well.. looks OEM with texture and fitment.

What layout are you running with your gauges?

If they can just add a few more valuable channels, I'd be happy as a clam.

That setup never gets old and looks good. Yet another good video too!

Hopefully this happens soon since MartinLe sent off the email with the information Banks Requested.

They look super cool, but what if the airbag in that pillar goes off?

The ZZP pillar has a retaining strap that redirects it away from the driver, just like the OEM one.

willzilla 09-25-2022 12:02 PM

Yep.. the ZZP pillar pod retains the clips for the microphone AND for the safety bungie. It pretty much looks and feels exactly like the OEM pillar that they added 2 pods into :D

The ZZP pillar pod is great. I'm surprised by the quality and it well worth the money.

Agreed. I’ve had mine for going on 3 years now. Quality and fitment are spot on.

Does ZZ Performance offer a SINGLE pod pillar cover? I only want to use the ONE DataMonster.

I’ve never noticed ZZP to sell a single pod pillar. You could always get a 2-1/16” plug to cover the hole you don’t use.
