Had an update now can't get to any controls on the screen!
 

2020 2SS without Nav.

Yesterday there was an update, I let it go, at about 50% the screen blacked out, didn't think anything of it, left the car and went in.

Today, the screen works (backup camera, environmental controls, but I can't get to any icons on the screen to control anything else.

I pulled the negative battery cable for about 20 minutes but didn't help.

Any suggestions (short of taking it to the dealer?)

Well pulled the battery cable ago for about an hour, still no luck, shut the car off and got the other key, on this power up it worked, must have just needed a few power cycles to get things cleared up... Seems to be fine now...
