Dead Screen / Error Message on Screen
 

HI Guys,

so quick question before i make an appointment with the dealer. (i'm really trying to avoid going to my dealer)

My screen all of sudden went dead. it was working fine when i parked the car. i go to my car and screen is dead. 10 minutes into the drive and i get an error message on the screen and static noise. i cannot control any functions from the steering wheel or from the buttons. i looked up threads what can help.

i have tried the following
1. unpluged all USB and cables
2. remove fuse from trunk and reinsert
3. disconnect the battery for 10 minutes.


anything else i can try?

2017 1SS with no nav .

does anyone have a link for the firmware? looks like i need to install the firmware again..
