I have ordered from them. Their hydro-dipped products are decent. Some (like the cup-holder application) required Goop to get to stay. The 3M tape used to apply them wouldn't stick properly. I'd avoid anything that goes on mirrors or badges. They are all decals and I didn't have much luck getting any to stay on.

Otherwise, they do communicate with you and shipping time is average.

I ordered some interior parts from them last year. Took about 8 weeks for them to ship parts out. I emailed them about 3 weeks after purchase and got the response of, "I'm a one man show I'll send them when I can."
Decent prices and good quality stuff, but you can get the same on Amazon.

I bought a brake light decal, it was good. No complaints.

Not ideal for sure, but probably not much worse either than the typical mega-corporation with abysmal or non-existent customer service. If the product works and you never need to contact them again, you're in luck, but then again, some of these one man shows or tiny shops are the fastest to ship.
