MM Wild catch can setup for Magnuson equipped car

While my other post with my C7 is a bigger issue this one is simple and I figure I might as well make it right as well. I have NO issues with the Camaro but I have been told by several this is wrong. I had a shop setup my car and perhaps they just didn't know how to properly set it up. They simply connected the one obvious line to the driver valve cover and capped off the other port. This setup is different from my C7. Where does the second port actually go. I have checked the can after quite some time and it is empty so I am assuming it is not doing much. LOL

I went from the small PCV line port on the can to the vacuum port right behind the throttle body on my Whipple. And then capped off the port in the valley cover.

Damn it Josh. I just walked out to my shop and I cant even see the valley port. Maybe it is blocked by the kit. I had a shop do the work. As for the vacuum port on the intake or for me the Magnuson it is on the back of the unit and I have my AEM boost gauge connected to it. I guess I will just leave it as is. Thanks for the repl. To be fair, I can’t see the valley plug with my Whipple on either. But I know that was how the can install was done, and I’m assuming your car would exhibit a bad vacuum leak if it was screwed up. So, you’re probably good to go. :happy0180:

What did you figure out on hooking up your catch can?
