New guy from Northern VA
 

Hello all. Finally had the opportunity to buy the car that I think is the best bang for my buck at any price range. I'm a car guy at heart and really never hated a specific manufacturer or car model but did end up owning/favor Mustangs. Well that changed with the 6th gen Camaro but the car that I liked (SS 1LE), was a bit above what I would like to spend at the time, so that fantasy got put in the back burner. So, back in the Mustang I went. I love going to the track, so I installed some suspension goodies and while it handled great, its just not ready for some serious lapping and would end up spending more for cooling upgrades. But lo and behold, all the stars lined up and memorial day coming up, they had an excellent deal going on all Chevys.
Needless to say, went there and took one home with me.
I love the car 2019 Summit White 1SS 1LE. Chevy put some serious hardware and engineering into it compared to the Mustang. I'm really happy and loving it so far and hoping the car hold up well. Thanks all.

CONGRATS on the ride, and Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to Camaro5/6. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, wives', husbands, girlfriends and boyfriends here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Thanks. I was at Dulles Landing Dunkin cars and coffee yesterday and met a couple of camaro owners, one is a white 1le owner also from Leesburg. If you have a chance, come swing by, Sunday's 7 to 10 am.

NOVA area here too, Amissville but work in Mclean. Just picked up my 1ss a month and a half ago. (See my new member introduction).
