Hamburgers Centrifugal Supercharger Kit

8 Attachment(s)
This is a brand new kit for an lt1 style 6th generation Camaro. It is the SVE Yenko Camaro style supercharger system. The whole kit is brand new except for the supercharger itself which has 24k miles on it.

The Good:
- All piping, intercooler, brackets, everything is included and is BRAND NEW still sealed in the packaging.

- Boost your LT1 style Camaro's horsepower by up to 125 rwhp with this simple bolt on kit.

The Bad:

-The supercharger itself has a bad bearing and is going to need rebuilt as it is pretty loud internally.

UPDATE 10/10/19: Can Not rebuild the Rotrex Supercharger and it requires a new head unit ranging from $2200-$2500.

-The air filter and supercharger head unit both have 24k miles on them

-It is missing an oil filter for the supercharger.

This is the company that is building the kits:

Retail price for these kits brand new is $6700 dollars. I am asking $1200 Shipped!

I’m interested. Any idea how much to have the head unit rebuilt?

Couple questions...

1. How does this get tuned?

2. What's the reason for selling?

There is no hand held tuner that goes with it so it will need to be dyno or street tuned with HP tuners.

2. What's the reason for selling?

I got it in a trade and don't have a 6th gen so i'm just flipping it.

Bump. Someone make me an offer

Interested, but reading their site it says a 38% fuel custom cam is needed to get the LT1 to use safe fueling. Otherwise you’d have to upgrade to LT4 stuff. Also, as you stated still have to get a clean rotex unit and then get tuning. It’s a hard sell and bet it would if sold if the Rotex wasn’t toasted.

Don't know what you read but it clearly states that if you want to push over the 700hp mark a custom cam is needed. Says nothing about needing anything to support the 600hp mark other than spark plugs and a tune.

" For customers purchasing a tuner kit, it is possible to get enough high pressure fuel out of the stock LT1 HPFP to support 730 horsepower, but it requires a custom ground camshaft that has the stroked HPFP lobe for 38% greater lobe lift."

Was there any given reason why it couldn't be rebuilt? This place offers parts & rebuild service last I checked:

I'll be honest, I glazed over the 730 and probably just missed it. Thanks for the clarification.

I read somewhere that Rotrex would not rebuild. If you could get them to rebuild it than this would be a killer buy. I've just had it for a long time and have no use for it and want it gone.

I had a Vortech that I was looking into getting rebuilt and heard a lot of "if you send it to Vortec they'll tell you it needs to be replaced" so I was going to go this route, but ended up selling the car before I could do it. So it may be something similar. Worth an inquiry though!
