Great work by AMP there! It is the quickest 2650 (acceleration), not the fastest, but no less impressive.

I guess I missed something. Who exactly has run faster than 169 MPH in the quarter with a MAGGIE???

Well I must have missed that (LOL). I am alot more involved in road racing these days.

I joked with Sam at AMP saying I didn’t know we were doing cross platform records now, but I’ll be sure to tout it when we put the rest of power in next time out. We have over 100 RWHP left, just need to convert the car to dry sump first. Those parts will be here next week.

The Vettes should be quicker being they are a lot lighter.

Yeah, he’s almost exactly 100 lbs lighter than me on race weight. ~3750 vs ~3650. We both have similar weight reduction done in brakes, seats, etc., but the base platform is just lighter.

Would love to see some video of your car running! That's a killer speed for that frontal area and weight!
