questions for anyone's help! did the 1le full fave lift on a 2022 zl1. when you went to put the bumper back on did you have problems with the finder to bumper area coming together? did you have to remove anything from the front for it to sit flush? I have a fairly large gap on each side, and my screws don't line up with the tabs under the bumper
Please let me know!! thanks |
Probably have the tabs where the screws go or vs versa or the tab bent over show the gap

Check the factory brake ducts up front, those can get 'caught' in the mis alignment as well. Best regards, Dave |

Hopefully the pictures load, but the gaps are there, I had to tight them down to the max and still didn’t close the gap, and the bottom tabs don’t line up at all! I’m gonna give it another look when I pop it off.

Must not be seated good could be the foam support popped out a little

NateMaro: Did you put a ZL1 1LE OEM front fascia on your SS with the SS front fenders or the wider ZL1 fenders?

Side marker small bolts have some adjustments to them or the alignment plastic pins are not seated good or right.. the fender should draw on tight with 10mm bolts to close that gap and the 3 small 8mm bolts should make it flush near the side marker to fix that gap.

Hey guys,
Was wondering can the ZL1 1LE OEM front splitter be removed without removing the front bumper? Thanks |
Did anyone skip buying the 1LE wiring harness? I just electric taped the DRL connector and zip tied it to the bumper. I figured this would be an open circuit and wouldn’t cause an issue. But I just had a “Battery Saver Active” pop up on the dash and wondering if it’s draining the battery somehow.
