Oil Catch Cans
What is the best Oil Catch Can for 2017 Camaro SS?
|
Mine has mishimoto and looks and performs well.
|
I just emptied out my MightyMouse. There wasn't much in there ( I don't put a lot of miles on the car) but it's clearly doing something! Seems to be working well :)

I have the Mishimoto and am very happy with the look and performance...

+1 on the mishimoto catch can. Pretty easy to install too.

i don't see how spending $200 is any better than a $15 or $20 catch can & $3 of fuel hose...

I run an E2 from Elite Engineering and have no complaints. Easy to install and great finish.

I have an ADD W1. Mounts to the radiator support instead of over the exhaust manifold.
And robertd is right. They have been separating oil from air for a long time and there isn't any rocket science involved. |
I have an Elite Engineering E2 dual port, nice and actually functions
from idle to full throttle, unlike most others. I made a bracket and mounted mine to the sound tube delete mounts. FYI, I am selling one cheap if interested, PM me. |

my mighty mouse mild setup is doing work on this 0-40 mobil 1 oil. i typically run different oil but needed to use this up and boy does it like to try and make its way into the throttle body.

So I have never head of a catch can before and I honestly had to look it up to see what it was. So do you feel this is a "nice to have" or a "have to have" upgrade? Are they a pretty straight forward install?

Personally, put me in the "if you needed it, they would have had one there from the factory". I, for one, will not be installing one. |
