Your best help with setting up your scanner will be from the HP Tuners forum. Not camaro5. If you don't want to learn the software, ask your tuner for a list of channels he wants, or even have him send you a layout. You also need a wideband for any fuel related tuning. You are not going to learn the scanner nor software overnite. You must connect the MPVI to the car, turn key on and click connect in the software. It will then populate the available channels for you to log. Then you can add to the already basic list of channels.
