Just playing around with some hood scoops I have. Do they look good on the SS 1LE hood or no? Looking for opinions

No, I would pass IMO. You have an awesome car without those.

My thought at first glance was why does this guy have dryer exhaust vents on his hood lol.

How they look would be less of a concern to me as how would they work.

Function over form.

Those fake hood scoops you see 2-sided taped to nothing-mobiles will never look good, because they are fake.

Yes. I think that is why I don't like most of the scoops. I knew what my problem with them was, but I couldn't put it into words at the time :bonk: Is it beer 30 yet :smiling1:

Id imagine some would look okay if they were genuine functional ones.

Especially for an SS/1LE they'd need to be functional. Ideally with some hint as to what that function might actually be.

Years ago the Japanese car mfrs went through a phase where "surface excitement" was a thing at the mfr level. Decoration for the sake of decoration didn't look right then, either.

No I wouldn’t put them on my Camaro. Yours looks good just like it is in my honest opinion!
