Header clearance/exhaust rattle

Anyone running 2” headers have issue with them vibrating on the metal crossmember? Mine seems to rattle against it when decelerating and around 2K rpm’s. Everything they on the exhaust seems tight and it’s the only thing I can think of that would be causing the noise. Or does anyone else have any ideas of what it could be? Thanks for the help!

What brand? And how many miles you got? Wo der if a motor mount is going bad.

Iv'e got TSP 2" on mine and the only contact it makes is barely grazing the steering shaft bolt. I need to pull it and grind off the threads that are sticking out by about a MM to get clearance. It is real close to the subframe and but doesn't quite touch.

Are you referring to the tunnel brace? If you are you can just put a couple of washers between the brace and the body. Or you can purchase after market brace.

They are texas speed. Car has 27.5K miles on it. I guess I need to get under it again and double check all the exhaust hardware. I also thought maybe a motor mount has gone bad but with under 28K miles it seemed unlikely.
