Northern NJ Meets

Anyone interested in getting together again in Northern NJ?

Where would you want to meet?

What would you want to do? Car's and Coffee style? Meet and Drive?

I'm down. I'm in the Summit / Millburn area.

So let's try this again!

NNJ Camaros, would you like to do a meet up then run to TBD? Last year we had some successful meet and drives, looking to kick some off again!

I'm down also, in Wayne. I'm more interested in hitting up Island Dragway and NJMP for some real fun, how about that also?

I'll be in Pocono Aug 17

I'd be up for it, depending on the date. Lots going on with the family. @Royal Dutch, NJMP is a haul.

Hey Dave, I can't do 8/17 but plan on being at NJMP and Pocono in Sept.

If you get really bored on Aug 15.. you can watch 3 or 4 Camaros that routinely show up chase best time dodging cones. Just watch out for dick heads who use public roads around the lots as their own race track. It's funny to see how many get pulled over throughout the day.And a few GT350's if that tickles your fancy as well.

And lots of other faster cars too.. actually being driven, not just place to keep your coffee warm.

Spectating is FREE.

Ok let me know the days and I'll see if I can sign up

I know NJMP is a haul, I did it twice a few years back with my C7 Z51 M7. It was well worth the trip and I think it will be even more fun with the ZL1 almost 200 more HP and better suspension. I am thinking about signing up for 9/3.

I'm also interested in checking out autox at Metlife. Not sure I can make it 8/17.

Let me know what day your planning to attend. I have gone about 4 times this year NJMP already. Going to Pocono in 2 weeks.

I'm signed up for 9/22 at NJMP. I haven't signed up for 9/13 but am planning to. I'm debating 8/25 at NJMP as well.

And then I'm really thinking about renting an enclosed trailer and running it as a trial up to Watkins Glen in October for one of their weekend events. I plan on using that trip as a decision maker on whether I buy a trailer or not.

What club are you going with?

To Watkins? I'm looking at NASA or HOD. It's difficult to get into Watkins with these different clubs because you basically have to sign up in advance and then hope the weather turns out OK. That's what I absolutely love about track night, I can cancel the day before with no questions. Plus three 20 minute sessions to me is a good amount for one day and I don't have to burn a whole day of vacation.
