Lumar window tint question
 

I'm looking into getting my windows tinted this week by a reputable local place I've used before, and they offer the Llumar line of tints.

There is about a $100 difference between the "Comfort" and "Pinnacle" options.

Has anyone had this type of tint applied? I am wondering if there is really $100 of difference between these two products.

Llumar Comfort: $179
Llumar Ceramic: $249
Llumar Pinnacle: $279

I got the Pinnacle, best tint I’ve ever had on a car... spend the money IMO

I had the Llumar comfort on a Honda accord in 2013, it’s still in the family, and still looks great.

EJR8402, On a side note, are your mirrors black?

Yes they are- they match the rear spoiler. All stock equipment- the black appearance package.

Nice! I really wish my mirrors could have come in metallic black to match the stripe.

You should have them painted! Shouldn't be too much trouble (or cost) to remove the mirrors and take them to a body shop.

I know. I've just been too lazy to figure out how to pull them off. haha!

You can always wrap them. You cant buy any gm specific vinyls from anyone but gm, but there is an extremely close match to the metallic black. It took many samples to come up with this match, you're welcome, lol!

That's awesome, thanks! I've read that these mirrors are hard to wrap, but I'll shop around and see if someone would give it a shot.
