Flatrock Motorsports Park

Does anyone have more info about this new racetrack than what has been made public at their website? I read quite a few articles about this project and they were very promising, plus this new road course will be pretty close to where I live :smoking: Road Atlanta is a bit too far if I break down, and I don't have a trailer, which is the main reason why I haven't taken the plunge yet.

However, in all honesty the website belies a ginormous facility focused on luxe living, docks full of Porsche 911s and McLarens, entertainment venues with Gordon Ramsay style restaurants... feels like a place neither I nor my lowly Camaro belong.

So, let me know if someone has insider info or maybe access to preliminary membership options and pricing :)

Flatrock

Flatrock Motorsports Club is a private club by membership. Yes think elite country club setting for the very wealthy.
Most recent rumored initiation fees are either $250k or $500k. The rumor is there are currently just over 20 committed members including the three original owners.
They have started paving the club track and have put the final club house drawings out for bid.
The "rumors" are called rumors because if you want the exact info you will need to sign a non-disclosure agreement if you pass the screening process.

The second phase will be a professional grade go-cart track. This is supposed to be available to the public but no details have been released at this point.

The third phase will be a second track, the grand prix track. According to the founding/managing member Rusty Bittle this track will be the one available for some public use including some HPDE. Last I heard, if completed, it will be 2025 or later.

The completion of the second track will also complete the third track, the endurance track, which will be available to club members on a limited basis and 5.9 miles long. This will be a perimeter track incorporating both the club and grand prix track.

An outdated drawing can be seen on the website experienceflatrock.com

The club website is flatrockmotorclub.com

Visit their temporary office in Kingston, TN or catch them at a marketing event and you can drive the simulated track.

Thanks a lot for the info, GMteSSted.

I will check out their temp office in Kingston next time I'm there, maybe I can also pump some fine corn juice at Exxon while I'm in town, heh.
