New wireless Android Auto adapter
I know people on here have talked about this in the past. Just announced from Motorola at CES.

As soon as this releases I'm refunding that shitty Kickstarter bullshit and getting one from a real company.
|
Keep in mind, it does drain the battery of the device. My Motorola Razr 5G fits perfectly in the armrest compartment, however while running android auto (plugged in), it burns up.

I'm waiting for mine to arrive. With the chip shortage there have been some set backs, but its finally shipping preorders. |
I will be getting one of those when they are available. I wanted to get one from AAWireless, but call me skeptical, I've been hesitant to order it from over seas from some startup.

I think China now owns Motorola.
|
Considering the top 10 owners of Motorola are US-based investment firms and own around 37% of the company, it's unlikely there's another 51% of ownership scattered among individual investors that are all non-American Chinese.

this would be nice. Make the car feel more modern :)

Solves on problems, creates another one.
So now you get to destination... but your phone is dead. This need to be paired with a wireless charging solution that goes NOT put phone in back seat. |

Figures....if so I won't be investing. Funny how so many people have no clue still that China/CCP is actually an enemy making open threats on American society. People need to wake up and get away from the Fake News. |
Oh sweet, thanks OP. I know a few people that could use one of these. I'm curious to see how much drain the average commute will put on a phone.
