2019 SS Sales in Phoenix
 

Slow start to SS sales in Phoenix. At a local Chevy dealer they have been promoting the SS and had a 2019 Orange SS on the corner pedestal for 10 weeks.

They replaced it with a white SS and that is there for 3 weeks.

Another member here in Phoenix said his dealer has 2018s in front on the lot and one in the showroom.

After the Sema show, Chevy admitted they miss judged design and will implement the Sema front end. I believe for 2020.

There has been ZERO word from Chevy on the SEMA front bumper. 2019s have been flying off the lots in my area. You cant base sales on what a dealer may be advertising on a pedestal. The majority of us who can afford a 1SS or 2SS are more than patient enough to order them. You'll never see those cars on a dealer site or showroom.

Point is, your argument is a strawman and it's not valid.

I’ve been seeing a lot of 19s in my area both SS and LTs. And according to some sales numbers I saw posted here’s a few weeks ago the 19s are selling better than the same time last year. I honestly think most of the hate for the 19s is coming from a vocal minority who hates to see any kind of change.

3 weeks down so far on the white SS, stay tuned while the weeks countdown. I personally hope it moves, sells before the 10 weeks of the Orange SS.

If you care so much, why don't you go buy it. A white SS sounds pretty nice. And fast, too!

If I upgrade it will be after the Sema update for front end, prob in 2020. I'd have to wait and see if I warm up to the goggles out back tho.

It's fast, it's loud, totally bad a$$. Scares old ladies, makes puppy dogs cry. who the hell cares about the tail lights. Just buy it already!

Sure, the white SS went on a test drive yesterday and no sale. It's on the main lot now. I wonder if they'll put it back on the pedestal, not as of 10 am today.
