Is the Kalahari leather desirable?
 

Picking up another 2ss this weekend. It’s HBM but has the Kalahari leather in it. It’s in mint condition. Is this something that someone would potentially trade for? I’d prefer the black or ceramic white interior. It’s not a deal breaker for me though. What are your thoughts on this color?

I would say its very popular and desirable. I doubt you would have any problems finding someone to trade with.

This is good to know. Hopefully others feel the same way. But who knows, maybe once I’m sitting in it I won’t mind it.

I think it looks good. Not with every color though. HBM and Kalahari are a great combo IMO.

I've received nothing but positive comments on my own 2SS with that color combo, even from non-car people.

I have that color combo and was really wanting black leather, but Kalahari has grown on me after owning it for a few months now.

I had Kalahari in my C7, it was awesome and I loved it! I'd say GO FOR IT!

Everyone that has seen my interior really likes it. Classy looking with Nightfall Gray. I ordered mine with the black suede knee pads to take it to another level.

If I would have not gotten the Fifty, I would have gotten the Kalahari. Was the Kalahari available with the blue velvet?

When I was looking for an SS that's what I wanted. Not only does it look good but not that common.
