Ls Fest Best pass was 9.41@146 Low IAT's, Video

So I went to the LS Fest and had a great time. Made some wicked passes with the new 2650 and one thing that really stands out to me was the IAT's prior to the burn out and then down at the big. So besides really good passes and anyone who was there knows the staging lane lines were very long. Starting and stopping constantly and after logging my passes from a couple minutes before the burn out so I could monitor data while idling and during the pass and outside temps were mid 80's and up, Da was usually about 2500 plus. My beginning IATs were at about 135 just before the burn out till and at the big end after the traps which were about 110 and thats running about 15 lbs of boost all thru the run. I'm spraying very little meth/water at this point since its not needed because of the low temps. I may need to turn it up because of my fueling issues as I saw the low side pressures drop a little more then I like. I'll work on that this winter and probably even go with an ice box to lower temps even more. These big intercooler really do the job for sure, I had higher intake temps with the 2300 and they had pretty good intercoolers and I push this car hard just like I always have. No mercy.

Yes I do, just have to get them uploaded and I'll do that today. I have in car and full passes out of the car.

Getting there, got a big grudge race this weekend with a guy named Herman, he has Demon and a YouTube channel called Demonology. Its a Mopar event at Gateway but was invited by Phil who is the promoter and I met him at Sema. Gonna make the trip and see how the race turns out. We did a pod cast on you tube last night and it was pretty cool.

That is awesome Greg. Can’t wait to come watch you in STL. We still need to get the pass with my car. Maybe you and I will get to line them up for fun. :happyanim:

Cool, some day we will make that happen. I looked back at my first log on Saturday morning and my IAT's didn't get over 120 degrees and dropped to about 112 at the end of the pass. I'd say those are pretty stellar numbers for the outside temps we were seeing.

I've watched that guy a little bit. He seems pretty cool. It's a pretty good channel, IMO. It should be a fun event for you

Yep, if my pulley gets here we will adding a couple more lbs of boost. Might put me right at the end of my fueling for sure. I'll just turn up the Meth/water or add the second line to the other nozzle.

Damn! Looks like you were hit from the back by a freight train, HAHAHA! NICE!!!

He ran 10.03@131 and he got out on me a little but went by him about 660 ft. and 15 mph faster thru the traps. That Camaro probably on weighs 2800 lb with driver and I'm 3890 with me in it.
