Shelby GT350 VS Camaro SS1LE video
 

Hi Guys,

I found a racing video of a Camaro SS1LE VS a Shelby GT350, unsure if it was an R.
I had high hopes that the SS1LE had won, but at least it didn't let him go and gave a strong fight.

It looks like the regular GT350 - no red pinstripe.

The camaro seemed to hold it's own, the cars were very close the entire session.

GT350 (non-R) for sure, it's hard to really say how "fair" of a comparison this video is since we don't know anything more about the cars (mods???) or the drivers (experience???).

Though Cota is a power happy track so that should give the advantage to the GT350, in this case it seems the 1LE hung with him pretty well other than on the back straight so I'd call that a good fight.

The 1LE started on his tail, and ended on his tail. There's no winner or loser, you know those lap times are going to be extremely similar. With that said, it's COTA, a track built for F1. It's extremely fast, and given the HP advantage, with comparable drivers I would expect the GT350 to pull away.
