Do you nod or wave to other Camaro drivers on the street?
 

I'm from Illinois and I always nod/wave at the driver. I rarely get a nod back or a wave. I just end up getting a stare. Anyone in the same boat as me or not.

I try but sometimes it just happens so fast if they're going the other way but generally

I usually give a thumbs up or wave and I'd say 99% of the time I get a look like I screwed their gf. I had an sti before this and it was the complete opposite.

Thumbs up or wave. I come from a long history of Corvette ownership so It was sort of automatic for me, LOL. I wasn't sure if Camaro owners did that but based on my limited sampling, most don't. At least to me at this point. I'm at about 3 out of 10 in return waves or nods.

3rd genners do it. Never did it or saw anyone doing it to me on anything newer.

it's a club thing. New cars aren't enthusiast enough. It doesn't show you care to have one, only that you have money.

Wait 20 years and then your 6th gen will get some waves and thumbs.

My response rate is also at 30%. I move between Illinois/Indiana.

same here, waved to two tonight and nothing. I'm in a small area so I think its almost a little jealously, like they are the only one's that should have a nice camaro in the area. If someone else does it takes away from them.
