Slow start / "Batt" on AFR gauge
So, I'm having the following issue with my 2017 Camaro SS 1LE. The car after lets say 1 hour drive the car has slow start issues cranking to get the car going.
Since I have an AEM AFR gauge... every time this slow start happens the gauge also says BATT which was per AEM website means I have low batt voltage.... My car was being built and sat for a year and a half down which was given back to me about 2 months now.... The car had slow start issues since before entering engine building... When the time to start the car 1.5yr later obviously a new battery was installed. I still had the slow start issue, read and was also informed that everything pointed to the starter... I replaced the starter 2 weeks ago... the car keep slow starting after long drives.... Went to advance autos parts and their devise states battery is OK.... I did notice just at the moment of start up the voltage on their meter does show it to be low..... and then it normalizes.... Any idea guys? New battery with OK testing and brand new starter not even 2 weeks old.... |
