What is the finish on these wheels? I'm looking for chrome wheels in particular, 20" or 22" that clear the Brembo.

Brushed Titanium. With a nice coat of clear they will have a nice shine, but not that mirror chrome finish.

As Bradford stated they are the Brushed Titanium finish, 20s clear without issues If your after chrome that needs to be done here like a full polished with clear but that is a additional charge.

I would much rather say go with a brushed with clear its no additional cost.
