Small preview of the ACS and 6LE Designs splitter together. Can't wait to see what it looks on the car!

I literally read every post starting way back in Feb of this year...I was kind of expecting to see some awesome dyno numbers. With that I am sure you are more than ready to be done with this massive (almost) year long project?? :)

I am going through the process of trying to decide what I want to do and what will give me best bang for buck, so naturally I love reading stories like yours that have a good ending.

So please....give us the nuummmbers :)

Trust me I'm waiting on those myself, it's been one hell of a ride honestly.
Small hiccups here and there and should've been done weeks ago, but with the holidays and couple other small things popping up I was hit with a delay.:frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty:

One way or another, my car will be on the track for "Laps for Charity" out here in January. Shop is closed this week, so we'll see what happens come the first week of January

AlwaysAmerican 01-13-2017 11:45 PM

Probably the last "small update" last time I was at the shop the motor was put together and was waiting to be installed. Just had to wait on some flywheel bolts from Chevrolet and it was good to go.

So here's to hoping for some Dyno numbers by the 20th

AlwaysAmerican 01-24-2017 01:55 PM

Ok, I lied.. Got it started.
Procharger, meth injection, borla atak need to be installed. Broken in and tuned.

So close I can smell the burning rubber

CONGRATS!

AlwaysAmerican 01-25-2017 09:29 PM

Thank you Girly NFG!

Couple more pictures from earlier today. Procharger is installed, Meth injection, and Borla. Front end was installed after I left today, so tomorrow it gets a rough tune for the break in process.. Then Next week I'll get some more solid numbers after the full tune..

I'll also be adding a dry nitrous kit to the mix as well

And then? Happy ending?

I may hit you up with questions once my 1SS arrives since I may use Sin City Performance (are there even other alternatives here?) to help with some mods.

Did you ever post up final numbers or videos of it running all tuned in and good? I want to hear the cam lol

I'll start to get them this week. Finally got it back today.

792HP with room to go. I can still advance the timing and add more boost.
Break it in and then push the limits of the build before adding a F1.

Year long project is finally over, for now.
I'll wait until LSFest for Dyno, debating about putting it on theirs

Where did you get the Oracle DRL done? Or did you install them yourself?

That's what I hear... evidently we have a couple automotive lighting places here (didn't know there was such a concept until I read how other people did theirs), I may use one of those.
