Don't like it. Camaros were not intended to be tow vehicles.

I am not thinking of towing anything . I am thinking if i need to be towed on to a flat bed it would come in handy.

I've ordered a set to make it an easy hook-up for the tow truck driver if that situation ever arises. Downside to this option? none that I can think of. Just make sure that you keep it someplace in the car thats easily accessible if you need it.

Just ordered front and rear and they're sitting at my apartment. I saw these installed at Auto Club on a '14 1LE and I was impressed. Super nice fit...looks to be an easy install.

In my opinion, these are fine if you are tracking your car a lot. Otherwise, this is more of a tuner style. It's your ride though. If you like them, go for it.

Actually I misunderstood the reason for the tow hinge. Obviously it's on the front and not the back. Still I think it would detract from your car's appearance, even more so than a front license plate. There are more conventional ways of moving a car onto a flat bed truck without ruining the aesthetic appearance of the car.

They don't stay on the car. They are removable and are to be installed as when needed.

I have one on the front, I really don't see the need for one in the back, I have used my tow hook more than I would have liked.... and needed one a couple of times before I got it installed. If you ever road race the car at a venue where they are running flag stations and your car dies on the track, it will be towed off in a hurry and you would rather have them pull you on a tow hook than anywhere else.

What he said. Also good at the track if you go off into sand or the rocks. Had a friend of mine go off in to the rocks and the front splitter acted like a shovel and just buried the front end. He had just put one on his ZL1 and that was the only way to get him out. Oh yea it took over a hour to get all the rocks out of the bellypan and undercarriage.

I don't track my car but i did just get a piece of metal in my tire . It did not cause a flat but if it did i know i would be in trouble. That is why i am thinking about this ...
