Figured this would be a good thread for the 1LE section. It will keep this ordering chat all in one thread, as opposed to a bunch, as more and more order their cars.

A place where we can chat about what we ordered (LT or SS), what the status of your order is, and things of that nature.

I ordered a Summit White SS 1LE, I already purchased black leather knee pads online for it.

I placed my order this past Thursday afternoon (9/22) and am at 1100 as of today.

Currently at 1100 status still. I'm guessing I didn't get in under the constraint limits last week so I probably won't hit 2000 until the next set of constraints are posted.

Still at status 1100 as of this morning (9/26).

Might be! $1500 is worth the wait. I'm just glad everyone is able to order. Now we can all talk about where our order is at.

I was talking to a guy at the plant on Friday and he said I'm in the 10/17 TPW... Although the most recent update from Becky isn't at 3300 yet. I'm sure most of us early guys will be at the 10/17 TPW as long as there's no production interruptions.

Do you think QC will take a few weeks for the 1LE package like a lot of people are expecting on the ZL1?

They won't hold a car unless there are issues.
I dont see problems with springs or sway bar or the recaros.
PDR is an item already used.
E-diff issues?? They wouldn't build them at all if they didn't work.

Other than normal SS quality holds the car should come straight off the line.

I'm not finalizing my deal until the car is delivered then we will negotiate final price. But I'm also using supplier pricing.

It's all GM Employee Discounts and an estimate on the 1LE package.

10/17 isn't bad, I would love to squeeze into that build week. I guess it will come down to how many allocations for SS 1LE's open up this Thursday?

Here is mine:

I got supplier plus an additional $1500 off. Dealer will honor my $500 Farm Bureau as well, no matter how they have to do it. They will also honor any other incentives and such available during the delivery month too. Very pleased with my deal considering these are new, and I special ordered it. I got it as the GM of this particular dealer is friends with a coworker buddy of mine, and my company does multiple favors for them...nobody else came close.

So MSRP of $44,400 after supplier should drop to about $42,538, minus my additional $1500 puts it at $41,038, then with the Farm Bureau $500 off that comes to $40,538. Plus anything else that may be available at delivery. I am hoping to snag a private offer, or that they have the new GM card customer deal going again, so that I can get it to $40,000.

What's the turn around time from order to delivery? About 6 weeks? Trying to plan when to order mine. Want to get through most of the winter and take delivery in late April.
