2020 zl1 A10 trans and diff oil

So been reading about replacement of my A10 tran oil and diff. So I see some guys say drop the pan change the filter vs dealer doing a flush. Im not sure what is the best option and is dropping the enough to remove all the old oil?

As far as the diff do you just drain and fill?

So I called the dealer and ask to see if the can do a trans flush on the zl1 A10 and the said yes and the service is $279 and as far as the diff its $269.

What do you guys think ? Is it worth them doing both or just the trans flush and I do the diff?

I'd say do them both yourself, but that wasn't a choice lol. So, just have them do the trans flush if you must, and you do the diff. As discussed many many, many times over, it's super easy doing the diff yourself!! You'll laugh after, knowing all the money you just saved yourself!! Seriously.

I would do them both myself but I was thinking it will be better having a flush on the trans better then a drop and fill.

The Diff is easy and probably about $30 worth of fluid (at most), if you aren't comfortable have them do the trans and you do the diff... $269 for the diff is Highway Robbery... $99 would be fair... (but still high)

So im more then confident to do the trans and diff fluid change. The only reason i believed that it would be better for the dealer to flush the trans is because if I change it I can only drain and fill, as the dealer will flush it out and will get the more of the old fluid out.

Has anyone have the dealer flush the trans?

I'm curious why you want to change the trans fluid all ready? I get changing the rear dif fluid after break-in but I guess you could have a bunch of track visits all ready?

So i have read some members here change there trans and diff oil at around 5000 with no track days and it as looks pretty dark. I feel it is a cheap insurance. Just not sure if a flush from the dealer or me draining and filling is better.

Aide note,I drive in the street super hard and always in Manuel.
