So here is today's ray of hope...

My Camaro, "built short" on March 9 and bayed since March 10, started moving to the rail yard in Toledo, OH today.

It will be hard to follow it on the rails, and who knows how long it will sit in the railyard waiting for the auto rack to fill up, but at least it is no longer in Lansing.

Let's hope that GM moves more 'sold' orders as soon as they can.

That's good to here its finally moving.I would hope sold have a little more priority, and your car get on the first train out of town.

I am in the same boat as most who had already purchased their car and have been waiting to see any progress. I did research through JCT pals and found other "in transit" camaros at local dealerships near me were arriving at the New Boston, Michigan rail yard. After a couple of days of refreshing it looks like mine has arrived too and will hopefully be on the move soon. I'm not sure how the whole process works and how many cars are transported on the same train, but hopefully mine was one of the last so it can finally come to south florida.

I would hope they have enough camaros complete to fill many train cars in all directions.
I'm in the south west your in south east ,I just hope they don't have to wait tell the plant
Builds more to ship the ones are ready completed out.

Congrats on the new car!

Geoff

That first time you press the engine start button  I still remember the feeling from 3 years ago. You'll love this car.

Here's a list you might want to check items from when you pick her up. The form is for MY 2017, but I don't think it has changed much since 2016.

I would check with your dealer to see if they have a projected ship date or an ETA.
