I read somewhere GM was figuring about the same as the current truck.
I can do 25-26 MPG all day on the highway in my 3.6L Colorado. |

I read that an engineer told (one of the magazines...not sure which) that it was roughly the same as the current base 2.5 engine. That engine is rated at 25 on the highway with 2WD. (19 city). Oddly enough, the current 3.6 is also rated at 25 on the highway (2WD) but 18 city. That's a bit disappointing, as I was really hoping to see it hit at least 1 or 2 MPG better on the highway. Hope to be surprised.

Attractive; Nicely styled. It looks like a baby Silverado. Nice going, Chevy.

At some point an extended cab model seemed to have at least been conceptualized. |

Stolen from the new TFL truck hands on video review of the ZR2.
(side note: In the look at the infotainment screen options it showed "HUD" as a menu item. I haven't heard about this truck offering HUD. That would be pretty sweet depending on what all it can display) ZR2 does look mean from the front...very desert runner-ish for sure. |

All that corner cutting and I bet there’s still a significant price increase.
