Any mention of fuel mileage? I’ve been sporting a Malibu for my work vehicle (get paid mileage). Always wanted a Colorado for a work vehicle but the fuel mileage was ridiculous - might as well get a Silverado. Hoping for 30mpg+ on the highway but doubt it.

Doubt it will get 30+ Maverick and the Hyundai one are probably only truck that will get 30+ on the highway. I'd guess the Colorado could probably do mid 20s though

I read somewhere GM was figuring about the same as the current truck.

I can do 25-26 MPG all day on the highway in my 3.6L Colorado.

I’d rock a S10 if they ever brought it back. That was my first vehicle. lol

I read that an engineer told (one of the magazines...not sure which) that it was roughly the same as the current base 2.5 engine. That engine is rated at 25 on the highway with 2WD. (19 city). Oddly enough, the current 3.6 is also rated at 25 on the highway (2WD) but 18 city. That's a bit disappointing, as I was really hoping to see it hit at least 1 or 2 MPG better on the highway. Hope to be surprised.

Eh it's probably not a big issue. Although I would've liked to see the new column shifter GM has been using to free up even more console space.

yeah, I really thought they'd either use column or buttons to free up space in that center console. Maybe the Canyon will get buttons, similar to other GMCs (our Terrain had them, whereas the Equinox still used a shifter). I know people will hate on the buttons simply because it's not something they are used to using, but I'd take them any day now that I've actually used them and realized the freed up space it saves.

Waiting to see the Canyon...

Been wanting to see it more than the Colorado since before reveal. When they teased the Canyon AT4X a while back it said Summer reveal. Well, it's summer. Can't be too long now.

EDIT! lol...on that note:https://www.camaro6.com/forums/showthread.php?t=608074

Attractive; Nicely styled. It looks like a baby Silverado. Nice going, Chevy.

At some point an extended cab model seemed to have at least been conceptualized.

Stolen from the new TFL truck hands on video review of the ZR2.

(side note: In the look at the infotainment screen options it showed "HUD" as a menu item. I haven't heard about this truck offering HUD. That would be pretty sweet depending on what all it can display)

ZR2 does look mean from the front...very desert runner-ish for sure.

All that corner cutting and I bet there’s still a significant price increase.
