I pay 3.49 for E85 and 5.09 for my new Diesel 3.0 Silverado. It's been getting 27 to 29 mpg on hwy and averaging 25 to 26 combined. I towed my Camaro to St Louis for the NMCA race and we got almost 19 towing on the hwy and went down to about 18 when we got into traffic in the city. Love it but it hurts to fill it but it still less over 12000 miles compared to my 6.2 in my 2021 Silverado which was getting on average of about 17 mpg and 12 to 13 towing.

Boy... I thought the $5.05 I just paid was bad. Pushing $7... My Camaro would be sold. Same with my Tahoe.

I think its $5.50 or so around here? Idk my commute is so short I gas up 1x a month. I expect it'll be around $100-120 for the tank on my next fill-up.

If I had to commute daily, I'd be rocking a used Prius but thankfully I don't have to do that being that I telework 100% of the time.

Thankfully my commute is 6/mi roundtrip - takes about 10 min. I looked into metro again, but with the poor service it would easily add an hour minimum.
