If all works like it should I'll be picking you up at the airport in St Louis and getting you to Chad's for the pickup of your ride. I know you'll be grinning from ear to ear when you get to drive it. I'd have Chad go out with you for the ride so you can ask him any questions instead of just picking it up and taking off. You want to make sure it shift right and just make sure its all ok before you take off for a 10 hour drive. You probably will have to run 91 or 93 for your first fill up to get you home. I'll buzz you on Tuesday for an update in my plans, we should be good to go, but wait till I contact you to cancel your rental.

Much appreciated! Sorry can't do much about the video quality they sent it to me that way: |
Man that is one of the worst I've seen. You'll see it in real time, although not on the dyno next Friday. Merry X-Mas.

Also shop recommends I use 10w40 non synthetic oil on the engine because of it being modified, and rebuilt with a little looser tolerances. They said they tend to see a lot of lifter issues with synthetic oils which is also why they recommend non synthetic, but said there is some synth that can be used with my build if I wanted to stick to synth. I'll have to change the oil every 3000-4000 miles. I don't care if its synth or not just whatever is best for the engine is my only concern. |
