Jeez Louise guys. I expected California to be rough on inspections, but that's insane. I have a cam and no cats, and the inspector just shot the shit with me while the paperwork went through.

I know this post was lost but someone mentioned that a muffler delete might not pass visual - especially in CA, anyone know this for sure?

No inspection place will fail you for anything behind the cats. Mufflers, or lack of, will not fail you.
