what size rims r those and how much? also how much did it cost u to lower it?

I have a friend who has a sign shop here in York Pa and he did it for me...It's pretty easy...I sent him a link to a picture and he made it into a decal for my engine cover

After I cleaned the car, I stopped in for a sandwich, and took it to go!!! Had a chair and drinks in a cooler!!!
