I checked out this site to get a list of restaurants at Sylvan Beach and this one is right across the street from their fire department. If this place is of any interest I could give them a shout and see if we could all park in their lot. Anyways this is just an initial thought and I'm down for whatever the group would like to do .
Hey Andy, thanks for the heads up. We just got back last night and I didn't have internet access all week, so I had no idea. I went back and found the front page story on the show and saw our cars in the pic. Cool! We had a great time. A meet next week would work since I wasn't here for one yesterday. Keep me posted.
Got to thinking. We should have a C5 meet up at ESTA dragway in Cicero on a test and tune day. Its so layed back there and plenty of room for groups. Peeps dont have to drag obviously but it would be a great environment for a meet up.
Hey Andy,
I registered through he American Camaro Association. The Camaro Nationals is a separate subset of the GM Nationals which is probably why you didn't see a class. I registered in the non-judged class, but I think the deadline was June 14. You can find out more info at www.americancamaro.org. Hope that helps
Hey, sorry for the delay, I haven't done much this past week other than drive . I picked my baby up a little over a week ago and am having trouble not driving her .
I'm not going to be able to make the trip to PA unfortunately, I have to work all 3 days :(. I will however be attending the Builders and Buyers meet at the end of August . Regardless of big meets all us upstate NY'rs should do a meet sometime of our own this summer.
Hi 3, I brought my car in last week to get the scuff mark and chips fixed, but the owner of the body shop said he got backed up with work and couldn't do it. At this point (and seeing how you can't really notice it unless you're up close) I think I might wait until Fall before I get it done. Regarding the national, I work odd hours as a firefighter so anything more than a local event is tough for me to schedule.
