C_C: you customize profile on the userCP, what you are pointing him to is the modCP that only we can see.

On "this" page under your name and pic their is a bar. On that bar it says send message. On that same bar all the way to the right is a "customize profile" button. Click it and start messing with it until you have your desired result. An example of what your changes look like is at the bottom of the page. Only changes this page though.
