Well I know you already know that your Camaro is in Fairfax but I called down to them to let them know that this is a HOT vehicle and they told me they were already aware of that. What he did say is that it is built into a load already but he didn't think it would go out until Thursday, Friday at the latest. If it is ANY sooner than that we will let you know. Randy is off on Thursdays but I will be here to keep an eye out for ya!
I checked on your order this morning and you can check on your end as well but it looks as if your Camaro is "off Hold" as of yesterday. They did tell me that it could go back on hold but it doesn't look likely that this one would be. I'll cross my fingers that in the next day or so we will get a train assignment.
I really hope you hear something soon! I still havent gotten delivery but it should be any day, she's sitting waiting to be trucked to the dealer. That was nice that they gave you a loaner. Keeping my fingers crossed for you!

I don't know if you saw this from yesterday, but i posted this in what i thought was our conversation.
Well I regret to inform you of something you already know, but your Camaro is still at the facility that is installing the stripes. I will never tell you something that isn't true to the best of my knowledge, however I got bad information from my dealer business center representative on Friday and I am sorry that I passed it on to you. After talking to a different rep today she made a call to find out where the car was and she told me that it is still at the stripe facility. I then informed her of the talk I had with the rep on Friday and explained how this will not help the situation, if the car isn't ready to be shipped please tell me so in the future so I don't make a fool of myself and give false hope. She said she had notes of the conversation and apologized for the misunderstanding.

Can you tell me where you found the information of the "on hold" status?
Not that I think this will make the pain of waiting any better I just wanted to let you know that when you do get to pick up your new Camaro you will have the option of the 60 day satisfaction guarantee or $500.
Sorry if I am not posting this in the right place, I'm still learning. I was told that your Camaro will either be loaded on a train today or on Saturday. Our dealer business center will e-mail me on Monday what day it is for sure so I can help you track it. Let me know if there is anything else we can do.

I'm on it. I am on the phone with DBC right now (on hold) and hopefully they will have some news for us. I will drop a note as soon as I am off the phone. I have also been watching all this week and I haven't seen any movement so I don't know what the hold up is. I remember when I got the Vin on my Camaro the wait was hard but it I can tell you it's worth it. I know it is easy for me to say that because I already have mine but it really is.
