I just want to thank all those that gave me advice on how to make my exhaust more aggresive after already putting the magnaflow street version on. I just had the resinator removed and OMG thta's the SWEETEST....most AGRRESSIVE....SEXIEST sound I ever heard. So thanks to all.

I burnt my shoulders a lil bit , but not too bad. I also rented a LT red Camaro while i was there since I couldnt bring mine down. For a V-6 It ran well , especially above 3500 rpm. Not quite the power im use too though , they didnt have any V-8s avalible.

We call Captiva "shell beach." When my daughter asks me what beach we're going to I just say "shell beach" and she knows where we're going.

Down in Bonita Springs there's another nice beach called Barefoot Beach. We call that beach "turtle beach" because we usually see turtles there.

I'm glad you had a good time. Hopefully you didn't get too sunburned.

You were'nt kidding on the beach being great! We spent all our time over at Sanibel and Captiva islands. Ive never seen so many shells in my life! Were all ready planning another trip down with my daughters the next time.

    Yeah, too hot.

The beach should be great. There's no oil on the beach here.

Thanks for the info! Were flying in so I wont be racing , just thought if they're was a track close id check it out. Definetly not great racing weather! I raced my Chevelle at Bowling Green Ky 2 weeks ago in 3100 ft of air NASTY! We may just find a beach instead.

Brandenton Motorsport Park in Bradenton Fl (1.5 hour drive from Ft. Myers to the North). Its up kind of close to Tampa. There's also Emmokelle Dragway 1/8 mile down in Emmokelle.

But BMP is the place to go (well prepped 1/4 mile track). But its really hot and humid down here. I would guess the DA is 2000+ during the day.

Here's the website for Bradenton Motorsports Park. http://www.bradentonmotorsports.com/
They are having test and tune from 10am - 2pm on Saturday.

Good luck if you go, but it will be hot.

My wife and I are heading down to Fort Myers for our annv. this weekend and noticed you live in the area. Are there any tracks close to ya?

I sold mine. I had the "off road" axle back. Its fairly aggressive. I sold it because I wanted to keep my car relatively quiet with long tube headers. That's why I got the
Magnaflow Steet Catback. It's a real quiet catback exhaust and it works really well with long tube headers for guys that don't want their exhaust too loud.
