Travis the product I bought was recommended to work with Harry's Laptimer. It's called OBDKey WLAN (
http://www.obdkey.com/wifi/index.asp) and it sets up a small local area network that your iPhone or other device can log into and grab real time engine data. It puts up a crazy amount of data on just about anything you could want, but Laptimer for now uses RPM data. Just can't get it to work, though. I need to troubleshoot some more. Maybe this weekend, just on city streets at normal speeds.
I have been to VIR several times with Corvette clubs and it really bugs me coming out of the Oak Tree Turn right before that straightaway because the Vettes can out-accelerate me. You have to get it down to 35 or so around the corner and then nail it coming out and they're always on my ass at that point. Makes me think seriously about a supercharger.
Anyhow, from coming out of the turn to my max speed point on that video, my foot was to the floor. She couldn't give any more. I gotta get a little better coming out of that turn and some extra HP would be nice. Put headers on last week, hoping that helps
