I had made some plans to go to Mont-Tremblant today. However, reading the following thread Saturday night
http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...=81133&page=36 I decided to join the Montreal gang at St-Sauveur. Therefore, I left Ottawa at 9:00 hoping to get there by 12:00. However, the traffic was so bad that when I arrived in St-Sauveur at 12:45, nobody was at the meeting point. I had the feeling that something like that would happen since when I was taking the ramp to St-Sauveur, I noticed a rally yellow camaro and a red victory one heading back to Montreal on the 15 South. The wait line at the restaurant was just as bad as the traffic.

I decided to have brunch by myself, which was excellent although a bit expensive. It was already 2h30 when I decided to leave for Mont-Tremblant. The last 10 km were just awful!! Bumper to bumper... After one hour I decided to turn around and come back to Ottawa.
Impressions for the day:
Road to be banned for future cruises: 148 East, 15 South and 15 North.
Camaros seen today:
I believe the Rally Yellow and the Red Victory (or Red Jewel) one were from the Camaro Club.
The only other one I saw was a Silver Ice here in Gatineau on Greber Blvd. It was probably daddy's car as the young guy who was driving it could not find the headlights to return my salute.
Total kilometers: 403 km (about 6h)
