I have an apointment in downtown Norfolk Monday night. With the way the streets flood there I am not sure I will beable to make it.

I cleaned my car inside & out yesterday & it's safely hibernating in my garage until Sandy is long gone! There's a lot of flooding up here in Gloucester. The water was almost over the pier last night at Gloucester Point.

Shipyard was closed today .. I was going out the door at 6am and thought I had better call our Hotline . Good thing i did , We're closed all 3 shifts ! No flooding at my house just rain and wind .

Good thing I took the truck to work this morning there is a lot of flooding through our county but not where I live just on the roads I got to drive through to get to work. I have friends that live in Mathews & Gloucester Point that have water in there houses. I made sure to buy a house that was far enough away from the water that I wouldn't get flooded. How's everyone else making out today?
