Custom Chrome of Va in Richmond, but I wouldn't recommend them. I was not happy with my radiator cover they did...long story. Best people I have used are outside of Va, Mike at RotoFab or Camaro Chrome in TN. Look up LA Wheel and do a wheel exchange(best prices) for chrome wheels and good service fom them.

I was considering T&T Powder Coating in Yorktown. They seem pretty legit. I believe black chrome is just powder coating.

"I believe black chrome is just powder coating." Two different processes. Check out "All Things Chrome" or search for "Camaro Chrome". They do black chrome too.

I have done a bit more research. There is both "real" black chrrome and powder coated black chrome.
