Ok I am from the great state of California so bear with me. Back in the day, 'cruising' meant to get in your car and drive down El Cajon Blvd. on Wednesday night, stop along the way get a burger fries and a cola, and stop at a place that interested you and just hangout till 10:30pm. So there were your Chevy guys, your Ford guys and your Plymouth, Dodge and Chrysler guys. Sometimes they would mix sometimes they would segregate, but it was all designed to have fun listen to radios(or 8-tracks) and exchange ideas and mods and the like. So is there a place around here to do this? I've been in the great state of Michigan for the past 11 years, and the last 6 in Lansing. I must admit that this Camaro is the first cruise-worthy vehicle I ever owned. I was leaving state for Memorial day weekend and was hoping for an appropriate event before I go. Anyway chime in with your $0.02 worth as I'd like to meet some or all of you.

Hey Troy, I'm always up for a cruise. I posted the ones I knew about on an earlier thread. Not too many of the Lansing group have commented.

I've been to the fowlervile show which is a nice group of locals with all sorts of cars. I'm the only 5th Gen to show up. The Rodgers Meet n Greet was very cool. It was a long drive but I had a great time. Would have been nice to have a Lansing crew.

I was thinking about going to the Portland MI Cruise on Thursday, weather permitting.
