Is anyone interested in going to this show April 24, 2015 - April 26, 2015 ? I posted it on Facebook but I know some of you don't use it so I'm posting it here now .
So far there are 4 of us going .. Me -Randy - Ed -& Kevin .. I'm looking to book our rooms this coming weekend so at least we will have them .. If you have looked on Facebook for those that can there are quite a few going to this from all over ... Here is the posting from Facebook to give you a idea on what is going on ..Plus there will be Vendors at this show !!!

I am planning on bring this up again tomorrow night at our Club Meeting so if you have Any questions Please ask ..

Come join 5th Gen Camaros of the Carolinas, at the 3RD Annual NC Camaro Gathering!! Open to all year model Camaros!! This years event will be held in Concord NC at the Comfort Suites and Hampton Inn and Suites and Sleep Inn off of Bruton Smith Blvd. All proceeds from this event will go to help the kids of Brenners Children's Hospital.
We will have lots of door prize giveaways and some AWESOME silent auction items to bid on from all our sponsors, a DJ will be playing all your favorite tunes, and back for this year we will be offering ...
1) Night Time Light Show Competition hosted by Ernie's Xtreme MotorSports with trophies to the winners for those of you coming in on Friday night. There will be Top 10 and Best Light Show Trophies awarded Cost to enter is $15.00
2) BIG Car Show on Saturday hosted by Ernie's Xtreme Motorsports with trophies to the Top 75 and also a Best of Show and Peoples Choice Award. Cost to enter this show will be $20 per car. And we ask that you pre-register with us by including you want in the car show when you sign up below.
2015 NC Camaro Gathering will be BIGGER than ever...Lots more coming so stay tuned. Hotel info will all be released shortly. Hope to see all of you at the 3rd Annual NC Camaro

Ok Gang I just Talked to the Hotel Booking agent at the Hampton Inn & Suites -704-979-5600 ... As of right now they only have a Block of 4- (2) Queen Size bed rooms-$109 a night and 5-King Size bedrooms -$99 a night left on the block setup .. Now The people putting this on can add more but as of now this was all that was left so Call ASAP ... If you give the rep my Confirmation # 85793830 you can request the rooms as close to one another if you choose . It was added to my profile that a Group was going to book and would like to keep us together if possible .. Again only 9 rooms left in there Block and then the price goes to $169 a Night!!

So I called the Hotel and they would not make the reservation at the blocked price because they said the rooms were blocked out by the other camaro club and they have a person in that club named Scott Stewart that would have to allow the reservation??????????

They said that even if I said I was with that club they are only allowed to accept the reservations from that person????

Of course they are willing to give me a reservation at the full price.

I'm not understanding how you all got reservations.

I'm booked now. The person this morning obviously was way off.. The person tonight had no problems at all making the reservation and giving me the rate. Now we begin the countdown.
