Do the vertical doors void all of my warranties?

i would think NOT... I mean its not like its a performance adding part its basically a couple of hinges.. they bolt up or weld depending on how long you plan on keeping them.. my guess is going to be NO.. cause they dont really affect any of the cars major systems.. now if you have some type of electrical issues in your door afterward say you get no power in your windows or something along that line then perhaps they can use that as a reason to fault you.. but I really see no harm in it

I think one of my tire pressure sensors went bad n I need to replace it

Well you have changed your tire/wheel set up and that means you have had those on and off your factory set up. Being that you have done that be ready for a "NO" on the item being covered.
I can tell you they probably will not touch those wheels, they will sell you a new sensor for about 30-40 dollars. Idea, you may want the one that mounted those wheels/tires to do the job, the dealer doesn't have the ability to do those BIG wheels/tires

I'm talking about for my factory tires I don't have my other wheels on now and haven't had em on for a while and I'm smart enough not to take my car to the dealer with them on there cus I knw it will void me for sure

well if thats the case then give it a try... if you havent messed with the TPMS on that particular wheel should be an issue then I say go for it.. just dont tell them that you swapped your wheels at any point even IF you havent touched the TPMS on that wheel..

Did anyone at the dealer help/fix your issue? Did you have to reset your tps system to read the tires over again?
