Alright. Here's how to start a new thread.
Step 1:: Click on the forum you would like to start the new thread. (example: Southeast forum, Pictures and Videos forum, ect.)
Step 2:: Above the forum threads but below the tool bar, ( the tool bar is at the top of the page where it says Homepage, Garage, Wiki, User CP, ect. ), in the upper left hand corner it will say "NEW THREAD" in a grey bar. Click on it.
Step 3:: Name your thread and add stuff. Also, if you would like to make a poll, the option to make one will be here too.
