My 2016 Camaro 6th Gen Photoshop Renderings

I really liked the way Jeff Byrnes designed his vision of the 6th gen Camaro, but i think the picture was way too stylized for a real camaro since Chevrolet said it will be more an refresh of the optic, not something completely new.

So I took Byrnes concept and tried to model it to a real Camaro based on the 2014 Model. This is what I came up with:

Hope you like it

That looks great! Something a lot more believable. I would even think you could get a way with more side creasing, like in Jeff Byrnes' design. Maybe more flare with the front wheel arches as well?

Looks mean, and already appears a bit smaller (Maybe it's just my eyes?). Good job.

Like the way you thinned the c-pillar a bit.

Definitely a direction I'd like to see the real car go for improved rear visibility.

What about the back end? Hope you got rid of the 2014 tails and went back to the 2010-2013 taillights.

I like your rendering better than the first image but I have to say I like my 5th gen a lot more than either of those.

Since the 2014 and 2015 are both 5th gens just slightly different I really hope the 6th gen looks nothing like the 5th gen. I really want a huge surprise, completely different than this gen... Hopefully based on the early second gen camaros but I'm going to be really disappointed if they keep the body almost the same and just round things off the way mustangs did.

As a 6th gen rendering likely should.

Nice photoshop. The front end is believable, but I would think the fender lines and shape could be different. The blue rendering still looks like it was pulled right off of the 5th gen.

It looks good though.

The only thing that needs improving to the pre-refresh body is the curb weight and the fog light bezels. The wider lower grill and narrow headlights don't work for me.

Oh and that stupid chrome strip on the upper grill...ugh!

Since they said the 6th gen is more evolution and not revolution, I can see the third pic being the closest to what the 6th gen would look like. The top pic looks totally different.

The 6th Gen needs to make its own statement by not resembling the 5th Gen ... I hope it's not just a little smaller version of what we have now ...

Anyway you can make the blue car with the black Z/28 or ZL1 wheels? Just wondering.

I think a lot of the styling cues you see on the new Bumblebee will be seen on the 6th gen. The actual Bumblebee is a 5th gen car tarted up, so no it won't be exact... but I bet you'll at least see a front bumper and headlight shape/design very similar to it on the C6.

Great job producing someting realistic! I would be very happy if that were the new camaro. The top picture is a nice concept but it is not something we would ever see as a production vehicle.

That blue one looks just like the 2014 Camaro... the top silver Camaro looks way better and looks like a new generation rather than copying the old one and making small changes to the front end.

I bet you're a whiz at those double-take, spot-the-differences comic strips.

Not quite... but I can certainly tell the difference between a real pair of tits and a fake pair if that counts.

You can hope against hope since GM already said it would be "evolution" not "revolution"... Meaning it will not be something completely different. If I had to guess I'd say rounded off like the 3rd pic( like mustangs did) and if anything different it would be the interior. More modernized. As in more fluid and stylish. Not used a touch screen jammed in the dash like current models
