I re-drew one of our quality containment boards to make it neater and more useful and it caught the eye of the new director of manufacturing. Then he found out about the detailed QC lists I write in my department, etc. Ended up talking for about an hour. Gave me a book to read. Talked to me a little about growing into Lean Six Sigma Training, etc.

I cut holes by hand into half million dollar trucks at work and don't even flinch anymore.

Difference is, I have everything to fix the truck if I mess it up. LOL.

Cut a small hole first, and slowly cut it bigger. And make sure they are lined up right
